Our One-On-One Executive Coaching program is designed to prepare your mid-level managers or key team-leads for important meetings.

During one-on-one sessions we focus is alignment of each individual’s mental state with goals of your organization.

We prepare your management and team members to be successful in:

• staff meetings,
• board of directors meetings,
• committee meetings
• other important company events that require synergetic actions and high efficiency in decision making.

One-On-One Executive Coaching insulates your most valuable team members from, and also minimizes, the subtle, day-in-and-day-out stress, and eliminates potential behaviors that can trigger other members and cause low productivity during the meetings.

During one-on-one executive coaching sessions we will share simple stress-reduction tools and help to set a regular schedule for your decision makers.

We usually conduct coaching sessions a day or two prior the major event that your company is planning.

We often have this program combined with Teamwork Go! Pre-meeting Ongoing program, and hold it prior your important meetings for their great success.
